Thanks for reading this far and for trying to know me better!
Let me tell you a fun few facts about me!
1- I am addicted to coffee, anything that has coffee in it, just give it to me, por favor! When I travel to new places, I bring back local coffee as my personal souvenir.
2- I love to cook and I am always trying new recipes from all over the world. I collect cooking books. If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, that would be rice! Do you like to cook? I would love to hear about your favorite food or recipe!
3- English is my second language. I was born and raised in Peru, so I speak Spanish too. My great grandfather was from Germany and my great grandmother was Peruvian, but I do not speak German, well I can say " Danke" :)
4 - I love listening to Spanish guitar music when I am editing photos, and salsa music when I am cooking! oh Yeah, salsa, sal-sa!
I love music from the 60's and 80's too. Actually, singing songs by The Beatles was part of my English classes at my American English School in Peru!
5 - I am a very artsy person since I was little, I have loved creating things from scratch. I have a workshop in my basement where I design props for newborn sessions, cake smashes and much more. I crochet, knit, sew, embroider and paint. Oil is my favorite medium. Hobby Lobby and Joann Fabrics are the places where you can find me sometimes. I have a side business and sell some of my designs online. I have custom made hundreds of items for customers in different states and countries, mostly Europe. I haven't been in Europe yet, but my creations already arrived to different countries in the Old Continent!
6 - I enjoy volunteering and giving back to my community, so sometimes , you will find me working and maintaining the public gardens of Carterville with passionate members from the Garden Club of Carterville, or you will find me volunteering somewhere in Southern Illinois with the members the Rotary Club of Carterville. These group of Rotarians are the most giving and loving people I ever met in the US!
YOUR MOMENTS MATTER. You will never get today back, so don't put it off any longer! I'd love for you to contact me with any questions you have, and let's book your next photo session!!!
